Shipping & Order Fulfillment

All products from Sculpted Light Studio are custom-engraved, ensuring each piece is a unique work of art. Because of this personalized process, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. Once your item is complete, it will be shipped immediately via USPS.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Return Policy

Because every item from Sculpted Light Studio is a unique, custom-made piece of art, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We pour our passion and precision into every project to ensure it meets your vision and our high standards of quality.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or if there's a mistake with the engraving, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a repair.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at returns@sculptedlightstudio.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and the packaging.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
